CHOOSE KINDNESS…
Kindness is such a cool word, especially after you say or do something “kind”. Doing something for our neighbor, especially if they don’t know who might have done the deed, is wonderful. Smiling at someone is wonderful. Smiling at yourself is wonderful. Taking a walk and smiling is wonderful. So many things done in a positive, upbeat way is wonderful. Let’s do that, let’s be wonderful. Wonderful: adj. -Inspiring delight, pleasure, admiration All of those words are of Kindness also. All of these words can be used as actions, too.
